Vic Adamo was elected to The Mutual’s Board of Directors and attended his first Board meeting in June, 2015. He replaced the vacancy created by the departure of Marc Scher, who left the Board after completing his 10 year term. The Mutual is grateful for Mr. Scher’s years of service.
Mr. Adamo brings the Board a vast array of experience of over 28 years in senior management roles at medical professional liability insurance companies. In July 2013, Mr. Adamo retired from ProAssurance Corporation, where he served as President and Vice Chair from 2001 until 2013. ProAssurance is a medical professional liability insurance group created through the merger of fourteen physician and hospital founded insurance companies; ProAssurance operates throughout the United States.
